At Aburuza we are not only proud of our natural cider with denomination of origin, but also of our traditional cider house menu. Long experience in the kitchen and a selection of top quality local ingredients are the keys to serving the finest dishes.

As well as our traditional salt cod omelette, charcoal-grilled bone-in ribeye steak and Idiazabal cheese, from May onwards our cider house menu includes delicious Eusko-label Lumagorri chicken and grilled veal ribs. Discover our cider house menu!
